From 22 to 25 September, Powerlines joined forces with its Equans partner companies Icomera, Kummler+Matter EVT and INEO SCLE to showcase innovative solutions for the mobility of tomorrow. Throughout four dynamic days in Berlin, discussions with customers, partners and industry experts reinforced a clear message: the future of rail transport will be driven by the seamless integration of electrification, digitalisation, connectivity and intelligent infrastructure.
At our stand, visitors gained valuable insights into how Powerlines is helping to develop safe, efficient and sustainable transport infrastructure through innovative technologies and extensive expertise in railway electrification, engineering, maintenance and modernisation.
Among the highlights of our exhibition were:
* Mobile mapping solutions developed in partnership with Leica Geosystems, demonstrating how digital technologies can make the planning, documentation and maintenance of railway infrastructure smarter, faster and more precise.
* Our innovative bird protection solution for overhead line systems, which attracted significant interest and highlights our commitment to both operational reliability and biodiversity protection.
* Proven infrastructure components, including the elastic ceiling support for rail applications, designed to meet the demanding requirements of modern railway networks.
The strong interest in our solutions, coupled with the many inspiring conversations throughout the event, clearly demonstrated the growing demand for sustainable, resilient and future-ready mobility infrastructure. Key topics included the modernisation of existing rail networks while maintaining operations, accelerating the digital transformation of the railway sector, and developing efficient, climate-friendly transport systems.
