apprenticeship process

Apprenticeship process and locations

Our apprentices are trained in two training centres. Both training centres are equipped with modern technology and the infrastructure of a training centre as well as educational trained specialists.

LTB Leitungsbau GmbH, with its training and apprenticeship workshops in Lichtenberg (Erzgebirge) is already a long-standing partner. The vocational school centre (BSZ) for technology and business "Julius Weisbach" in Freiberg is the school for theoretical training. It is the largest vocational school in the district with a tradition of specialising in industrial-technical and commercial training professions. The final examinations are organised by the IHK Chemnitz (chamber of commerce and industry) .
We organise accommodation for our apprentices in the Gentilly residential park in Freiberg/Saxony. The costs for the accommodation are covered by Powerlines.

A second training partner is the electrical training centre in Mühlacker (near Pforzheim). The theoretical part of the training takes place at the Heinrich Wieland Vocational School in Pforzheim. The final examinations are organised by the IHK Karlsruhe (chamber of commerce and industry). For the accommodation of our apprentices in Pforzheim, we have entered into a co-operation agreement with the Kolpinghaus Pforzheim. Here, too, the costs for accommodation during the training programme are covered by Powerlines.
