Charging Parks for Electric Trucks
At Powerlines, we design scalable, high-performance charging parks for logistics and freight companies. Our solutions are tailored to the operational realities of truck fleets, ensuring minimal downtime, optimized route planning, and maximum energy efficiency.

Why Truck Fleets Need Tailored Charging Solutions:
Trucks operate long hours and often across multiple locations, requiring fast, reliable, and modular charging infrastructure.
Peak energy demand must be managed to avoid high electricity costs and grid overloads.
Integration with fleet management software and energy storage allows intelligent scheduling for overnight and daytime charging.
Our Services for Truck Depots:
Site Assessment & Grid Analysis – Determine optimal charger placement, energy demand, and network connection requirements.
Charging Infrastructure Design – Modular DC chargers, up to 1 MW per unit, scalable as your fleet grows.
Energy Management & Smart Charging – Optimized for peak shaving, load balancing, and renewable energy integration.
Battery Storage & PV Integration – Capture solar energy and store it for fleet use to reduce operating costs.
Operation – Predictive maintenance and monitoring for continuous uptime.
Customer Benefits:
Reduced downtime and increased fleet utilization
Lower operating costs via energy optimization
Compliance with environmental regulations
- Strengthened sustainability image

Heinen Logistik
Heinen Logistik offers its customers not only services in transport, warehousing, and transshipment but also customised logistics and transport concepts, including contract logistics. Across its three locations in Germany, more than 150 employees work daily to serve customers.
The company is committed to sustainable transport solutions and invests in modern charging infrastructure for battery-electric trucks. The goal is to efficiently integrate zero-emission transport into everyday operations. The charging facilities are designed to meet the requirements of heavy-duty transport, enabling fast and reliable charging directly on-site. In doing so, Heinen Logistik actively contributes to the decarbonisation of the logistics sector.
At its Duisburg site, Powerlines planned and installed five charging points (each with capacities between 240 kW and 400 kW), two PowerUnits, a 1,600 kVA transformer station, and a battery storage system. The project also included civil engineering, cable installation, and assembly.
