If you have successfully completed your schooling and are looking for an exciting and future-proof apprenticeship, you've come to the right place. In Germany, we offer apprenticeships for Operating technology electronics technicians, Industrial mechanics, Industrial electricians, Metal technology specialists and Industrial management assistance.

After the apprenticeship is before the apprenticeship! After completing the IHK (chamber of commerce and industry) qualifications, you will receive additional training with us as an overhead line fitter or as a specialist for the installation of charging infrastructure. After the training, we aim to deploy our employees at our regional locations (a total of 8 locations in Germany) flexibly and in line with demand as close to home as possible.

Our apprentices are trained at three dedicated training centers. These centers are equipped with modern technology, the infrastructure of a professional training facility, and staffed by educationally qualified professionals.

One of our long-standing partners is LTB Leitungsbau GmbH, with its training workshops located in Lichtenberg (Erzgebirge), near the mining town of Freiberg in Saxony. The vocational school for theoretical education is the “Julius Weisbach” Vocational School Center (BSZ) for Technology and Business in Freiberg. It is the largest vocational school in the district of Central Saxony, with a strong tradition and a focus on technical and commercial training programs. Final examinations are administered by the Chemnitz Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK Chemnitz).
Accommodation for our apprentices is arranged at the Gentilly Residential Park in Freiberg/Saxony. The accommodation costs are covered by Powerlines.

Another well-established training partner is the MEK Training Center in Krefeld, considered the largest and most modern technical training and continuing education center in the Lower Rhine region. Here, our apprentices learn to operate a wide range of machine types and control systems—hands-on and using the latest technology. This allows them to apply the theory taught in class directly in practice, making learning more efficient and sustainable.
Final examinations are administered by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for the Central Lower Rhine region (IHK Mittlerer Niederrhein).

Another strong partner in our training program is TBB – Technische Berufsbildung Bayreuth GmbH. Thanks to the interdisciplinary approach of the training, our apprentices have the opportunity to establish cross-functional contacts and begin building professional networks early on. The solid training provided at modern, well-equipped workstations lays a strong foundation for a successful professional future.
Final examinations are administered by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for Upper Franconia Bayreuth (IHK für Oberfranken Bayreuth).
