Career: Business studies degree from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, 1992 becomes business analyst at FGG/AWS (structuring and implementation of project and equity financing focusing on CEE), from 1996 to 2007 various management roles at Investkredit Bank AG (corporate financing, structured financing/M&A consulting, foreign branch offices), lastly as department head responsible for all key accounts, corporate finance as well as project financing, since November 2007 Chief Financial Officer of Powerlines Group and SPL Powerlines Austria, since 2011 Chief Executive Officer of Powerlines Group.
Career: Degree in business administration from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz (2001), from 2001 worked for Volksbank Investmentbank AG (Markets und Corporate Finance/ M&A) and then Investkredit Bank AG (Structured Finance, Financial Analysis), 2007 – 2009 Head of Analysis Structured Finance (Leverage Finance, Corporate Finance, Project Finance) in D-A-CH Region and CEE, 2009 – 2010 Head of Business Development/ M&A of Powerlines Group, since January 2011 Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Powerlines Group.

From 1987–1993 became a member of the cabinet of Federal Minister of Finance Ferdinand Lacina. As from 1993–2002 Managing Director of FGG (guarantee business); 2002–2008 CEO of listed Frauenthal Holding AG and as of 2008–2009 Managing Director of B&C Industrieholding. Since 2009 business development of REENAG Holding GmbH; Chairman of the Third Senate of the Austrian Takeover Commission and member of the supervisory boards of various industrial companies.
Career: Professional career: from 1973 to 1976 – apprenticeship as industrial manager at Siemens AG Österreich, from 1976 to 1979 – commercial advisor for the catenary and overhead line construction department, 1979 – commercial manager of catenary and overhead line construction department, from 1997 to 2001 - commercial manager of various departments at Siemens AG Österreich, from 1997 to 2001 – commercial director transforming SPL Siements Powerlines into SPL Powerlines Gmbh & Co KG, 2006 – foundation of Powerlines Group and contribution of all MBO’s and acquisitions, 2006 – Powerlines buy-out with Investequity (still a minority shareholder), 2006 – acquisition of Siemens Fahrleitungsbau Deutschland, from 2006 to 2010 – CEO of Powerlines Group, 2008 – leverage buy-out with Gilde (still a minority shareholder), from 2011 – Vice Chairman of the Board and consultant of Powerlines’ management team for the operative business of the catenary and telecommunications sector. 2012 spin-off of the telecommunication sector from the Powerlines Group and reorganisation in SPL Tele GmbH & Co KG
