POWERLINES GROUP – MANAGEMENT TEAM

The Powerlines Group is managed by an experienced team. Most of the managing partners and directors previously worked for Siemens AG and have several years' experience in management roles. Each member of the team has considerable technical expertise in their respective areas as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and outstanding business acumen. Strategist, engineer, organizer, communicator, market guru, financial wizard - the roles are perfectly distributed within the Powerlines team.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


Career: Business studies degree from Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, 1992 becomes business analyst at Finanzierungsgarantie GesmbH/AWS (structuring and implementation of project and equity financing focusing on CEE), from 1996 to 2007 various management roles at Investkredit Bank AG (among other things responsible for corporate financing, structured financing/M&A consulting, foreign branch offices), lastly as department head responsible for all key accounts, corporate finance as well as project financing, since November 2007 Chief Financial Officer of Powerlines Group and SPL Powerlines Austria, since 2011 Chief Executive Officer of Powerlines Group.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER


Career: Degree in business administration from Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz (2001), from 2001 worked for Volksbank Investmentbank AG (Markets und Corporate Finance/ M&A) and then Investkredit Bank AG (Structured Finance, Financial Analysis), 2007 – 2009 Head of Analysis Structured Finance (Leverage Finance, Corporate Finance, Project Finance) in D-A-CH Region and CEE, 2009 – 2010 Head of Business Development/ M&A of Powerlines Group, since January 2011 Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Powerlines Group





RALF HICKETHIER
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER


Career: After studying electrical engineering (majoring in electrical railway systems) at Dresden University of Transport, he joined Siemens AG in 1992. From 1992 project manager and from 1996 in various managerial roles at Siemens AG in Langenhagen and Forchheim in the area of catenary systems for mass transit and mainline trans-port. Became head of catenary construction services (mainline transport) for Germany in 2006 and appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at SPL Powerlines Germany in 2008.
